Carson, Ca-(Aug 2, 2009) Well friends X Games 15 is over for Joey Pascarella. The weekend started off ok. Joey's time were slightly slower then the rest of the Troy Lee Designs teammates. He qualified in 15th place for the grid on Saturday. Joey said after qualification "I'm just not feeling it" he went on to say the track was a little slippery for his taste.

 During Staurday morning practice Joey said he was feeling a lot better.  He said he believed he could move up through the field and could make a good showing for his first X Games event.

 Joey started the race and immediately knew he had a problem with bike (2008 CRF450F). "Usually when I drop the clutch in second gear the front wheel comes off the ground and pulls really hard. This time it felt slower then my 250." Joey said by the first corner he knew his day was not going finish as he hope. He said at that point he just tried to finish the day with the highest position he could. The end result was a blown motor and DNF.

 Joey would like to thank Troy Lee and the Troy Lee Designs team and all their sponsors for given him the opportunity to ride for the best team on the grid.

 When Joey was asked what his plans were for next years X Games he commented, "Monday morning I'm going to start practicing for next years games." I''m going for the Gold and nothing else will do!"
